This case study investigates the management of heart failure in a 75-year-old male patient. The patient presented with symptoms of fatigue and shortness of breath.
The patient had a history of coronary artery disease and hypertension. Initial evaluations indicated the need for a comprehensive management strategy.
The management plan included medication adjustments, dietary modifications, and a structured exercise program.
After four months, the patient reported improved symptoms and quality of life, underscoring the importance of a holistic approach to heart failure management.
