Hypertension Treatment Case Study

The patient had a sedentary lifestyle and a high-sodium diet. Initial evaluations indicated a need for immediate intervention.

Intervention

The treatment plan included lifestyle modifications, such as dietary changes to reduce sodium intake, increased physical activity, and the prescription of antihypertensive medication.

Conclusion

After three months, the patient showed a significant reduction in blood pressure, highlighting the importance of lifestyle changes in managing hypertension.
